About these terms
These terms apply to quotes and bookings made with India Tours Plan. Your written booking confirmation forms part of your agreement with us. If anything in your confirmation differs from these terms, the confirmation applies.
Our services
We plan and arrange private tours in North India. Some services, such as cars, drivers, guides and activities, are provided directly by us; others, such as hotels, trains, flights, safaris and services in some cities, are provided by third-party suppliers and partners whom we book on your behalf. Those suppliers' own terms may also apply.
Quotes and bookings
Information on this website, including itineraries, travel times and inclusions, is a general guide. A quote is based on the details you give us and on availability at the time. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing and receive any deposit stated in that confirmation.
Prices and payment
Prices, the currency, what is included, and the payment schedule and methods are stated in your quote and booking confirmation. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed. After confirmation, we will only change the price if taxes, government fees or entrance fees change, or if you change your booking.
Changes you make
Please tell us as early as possible if you want to change your booking. We will try to help, but changes depend on availability and may involve extra costs, including any charges made by hotels and other suppliers.
Changes we make
Occasionally we may need to change an itinerary because of weather, road conditions, closures, strikes, government orders or other events outside our control. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer a suitable alternative. If we cancel your tour for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of what you have paid us.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a valid passport and visa, meeting any health or entry requirements, and taking out travel insurance that covers medical treatment and cancellation. Please tell us before booking about any medical condition, mobility needs or dietary requirements that may affect your trip.
Conduct
Please respect local laws, customs and the rules of the places you visit. Drivers and guides may decline to continue a service if a traveller's behaviour puts people at risk.
Liability
We take reasonable care in arranging your trip and choosing our partners. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss, injury, delay or extra costs caused by events outside our control, or by the acts of third-party suppliers beyond the services we have agreed to provide. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Complaints
If something is not right during your trip, please tell your driver, guide or us straight away so we can try to fix it. If you remain unhappy, email indiatoursplan23@gmail.com within 30 days of the end of your trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
