Who we are
India Tours Plan is a tour company based in Agra, India, that arranges private tours in North India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean India Tours Plan. You can contact us about privacy at indiatoursplan23@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, country of residence, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, your travel dates and plans, the number of travellers, and anything you write in the message.
If you book a tour, we may also need passport details and dates of birth for the travellers, because hotels, Indian Railways, national parks and some monuments require them. We ask for these only when needed.
Our website server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security. To limit spam, the inquiry form stores a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for a short time.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange and deliver the services you book.
- To contact you about your trip before and during travel.
- To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as tax records.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the people who deliver your trip: hotels, drivers and transport companies, guides, Indian Railways, airlines and national park authorities. Some services are delivered by trusted partner companies, who receive the details they need for your booking.
Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and our email is handled by our email providers; they process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are stored on our website server and in our email account. These providers may store data outside India. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information is protected wherever it is held.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries that do not lead to a booking for up to 24 months, so we can help if you contact us again, and then delete them. Booking records are kept for as long as Indian law requires.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not use advertising cookies. If we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, it is loaded only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to complain to your local data protection authority. Indian residents have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security
We use HTTPS encryption on our website, restrict access to inquiries to authorised staff, and do not store payment card details on our website.
Children
Our services are booked by adults. We collect information about children only when a parent or guardian provides it for a booking.
